What wood do you use?
We use cherry, walnut, and maple wood. All pieces are made from locally sourced and reclaimed wood. No two boards are identical.
How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days handling time, then standard carrier transit. Free shipping over $100, flat $15 under $100.
Can I change my order?
You have 48 hours after ordering to request changes to engraving, wood selection, or design.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We stand behind every piece, but once shipped, returns aren't accepted unless we are truly at fault. Please see our shipping and refunds policy.
What about custom pieces?
Custom builds are welcome. Contact us with your vision and we'll discuss timeline and pricing.
Where do proceeds go?
A portion of every order supports breast cancer research and community programs. We also take some of that money over the year and donate it to a specific person battling breast cancer during a fund raising event.
